You can have those! Just in moderation I think the problem is people be snacking too hard and make their portions so huge, that was my problem! I slipped but I plan to start getting back into it this coming Monday :))

Alicia I alternate between plant based meals and vegan meals. I eat within a certain time window and don’t eat outside of that time window. I also workout get in a 45 minute workout that consists of cardio (every workout) and an emphasis on arms and legs which I alternate.

I'm 54 years young and I've enjoyed these workout routines. I've lost 12 pounds and 8 inches. I'm 16 pounds from my Goal weight. Don't tell my daughter's (21 & 30) that I'm a fan of Meagan The Stallion. 😉😉 The content is amazing. The trainer makes you earn every pound. 💪💪 The Duckwalk is my husband's favorite exercise. Lol.
