I have the same mindset too and I assure you that it gives more motivation than just because you wanna look good so you diet. Loosing weight is the goal! Eating healthier helps you reach that goal and live better. Being overweight is an awful way to live. I’ve done it and it’s nothing to brag about or coddle. 🤷🏽♀️

Megan, you still look beautiful, and we all struggle with eating the wrong thing or otherwise we eat a very boring diet. The best thing to do is not but it as if you don't have it in your home then you can't eat it. You have to retrain yourself and after a while, your new eating habits become the norm.

First of all, I’ve seen 7ft and he’s definitely shorter than tha. I’ll give him 6’4. Meg 5’9. She’s not THAT tall and neither is he. Over exaggerating ass. 🙄🙄 He not even that far from her height.

I plan to get healthier because I've been so fatigued lately, so I'm planning to watch these videos. I try and exercise 3 times a week, having a consistent sleeping schedule, and eating healthy whenever I can, but it just seems like it's not enough.
